Its late dammit!!

It's 3:21 am and I can't sleep dammit!! I had to work tonight and we were sooooooooo busy!! Oh yeah...I am a slaving waitress at a local steak house...anyway, we have tons of new servers on the staff right now cause we are gearing up for the busy time of the year and let me just say...these people are IDIOTS. I am a trainer, I know... you could just gag at the importance of my title huh? So, back to the idiots, now I know that new people need to be coddled and led around by the hand but these piss ants are really something else. I mean, what in the hell are you doing trying to work in a restaurant when you don't even know that a margarita has TEQUILA in it and not GIN??? Seriously, this new guy ( we'll call him dummy for privacy sake) actually tried to get a margarita for one of our tables with GIN in it and just couldn't understand why the bartender was looking at him like he was the dumbest thing ever!! Next thing you know, dummy is trying to order a bloody mary with rum in it. ( On our computer system you have to hit the main ingredient in a drink and then hit the appropriate modifiers after that) So of course, dummy couldn't order his bloody mary because the modifier for it wouldn't come up under rum...I seriously thought he was gonna cry!!! I am almost convulsing with laughter right now just picturing the panicked look on his face!! We have got tables screaming for drinks and dummy can't even order one!! Now before you call me an unfeeling bitch, let me just say that dummy isn't some fresh faced 18 year old, just old enough to sell licquor, he is 35 years old and had been bragging upon getting hired that he used to be a GREAT BARTENDER!!! Give me a break! This guy is just pathetic...I finally put him out of MY misery and put him in the back cutting lemons.

I swear, a few more days of training the newbies and I won't be held accountable for my actions...I am just warning everyone right now! LOL
